Please remember the following return policy for items purchased from The Smart Store:

- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Any issues with the item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Clothing & Fragrance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returned items.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging; we will not accept any returns without the original packaging.

Firestick and Android box.
All devices are programmed and tested before they are sold. If you experience any issues with the device or app, please contact us right away. If it is found that there is an issue with the device or apps, we will reprogram the device for you. However, if it is found that the user tampered with the device, we will not take any responsibility. The user can choose to continue using the device or pay to reprogram it.

Channels and Movies apps.
The apps we use are third-party apps and may experience occasional issues. If you encounter an error such as "can't load link" or "can't connect to the service," please close the app and try again. You can also restart the device or check if an update is available for the app. For live channels, if the channels do not load, it means that there is no content showing on that channel at the time.

Digital Content.
purchasing of any Computer software or App for streaming devices are installed by us and are non-refundable.
